Our story
dasHaus is a representative building for the city of Cisnadie. It was built in the 18th century by a Transylvanian Saxon family as a family home, while having functions in capitalizing and marketing the cloth.
It was a dynamic home, each generation adding value to the home and business.
Today it is a location with living spaces, cafe, courtyard, garden, sports field.
The building and the annexes have been renovated to a higher level and the original woodwork as well as various old elements of the living spaces have been refurbished.
It has become an urban building in a chic city with the appearance of a Transylvanian burg, quiet and clean, suitable for living, working, staying connected to the environment.
Today, this house has 10 individual spaces (apartments), annexes, a cafe on the ground floor and an English school, laundry, courtyard, garden, sports field and many other spaces where you can disconnect from the hustle and bustle of big and crowded cities.
DasHaus is a house that has been very dynamic for the last 250 years.
